SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Eastern Illinois senior Sarah Lohman has been named the women's swimmer of the week, league officials announced on Tuesday.
Lohman and the Panthers captured a 133-129 dual meet win against Butler as the Gilbert, Ariz., native earned herself three individual victories. Lohman placed first in the 100 Butterfly with a time of 1:01.03, finished first in the 50 Freestyle with a time of 25.39 and placed first in the 100 Freestyle with a time of 55.24. Additionally, Lohman finished second in the 100 Backstroke with a time of 1:03.14 and helped the 200 Medley Relay squad recorded a first-place time of 1:51.50.
