SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Omaha’s Sadie Limback and Claire Mountjoy paced the Mavericks with impressive performances during the MH Hospitality Omaha Challenge en route to claiming this week’s TicketSmarter Summit League Volleyball Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week honors. Limback earned the offensive honor while Mountjoy received the defensive award, league officials released Tuesday.
 
Limback totaled 34 kills over two matches for an average of 4.25 kills per set and a .431 hitting percentage. In the four-set victory over Weber State, she hammered down 19 kills with zero errors for a .500 hitting percentage. In the 3-1 loss to Kansas State, Limback notched 15 kills on a .353 clip.
 
Defensively, Mountjoy recorded 48 total digs and 6.0 digs per set in the two matches. She notched her 2,000th career dig against Weber State after finishing with a team-high 32 digs in the match. Against Kansas State, she tallied 16 digs.
