SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – How about the run Omaha has been able to compile as they have swept five straight league matches. The Mavericks have moved into a tied for the fourth spot with Denver, while South Dakota, North Dakota State and North Dakota are tied for the top spot.
The Fighting Hawks will be riding their three-match winning streak this week, while the Jackrabbits will look to move up in the standings as their leader, Crystal Burk, has been a key weapon.
There will be a quartet of matches tomorrow and one to keep an eye out for will be the Omaha hosting the Fighting Hawks at 7 p.m. CT.

Memphis Glasgow had quite the week for the Pioneers, as the outside hitter registered a career-high 19 kills and 18 digs in a four-set victory over Oral Roberts ... Glasgow also tallied 15 kills in a sweep over Kansas City and accumulated a hitting percentage of .500 ... On the defensive end, Ryen Wilkens chipped in 23 digs to go with seven blocks from Brianna Green ... Green continues to lead the league with 1.57 blocks per set.

After being swept by Denver and Omaha last week, the Roos picked up a home sweep over St. Thomas in which Carly Gillen and Odyssey Warren led the offensive attack, hammering home 11 and 13 kills, respectively ... Sydney Henry added 23 assists to bring her team-leading season total to 370, which ranks sixth in the league ... Odyssey Warren continues to lead Kansas City with 227 kills (3.24 per set), while Kennedy Schritenthal’s 4.26 digs per set tops the team ... The Roos will head north this weekend and face South Dakota State and South Dakota.

Elizabeth Norris ended the match with her second triple-double of the season with career-high 15 kills, 19 assists and 12 digs ... Kortney Corney tacked on 15 digs and 40 receptions with no reception errors ... The last time the Fighting Hawks had five or more league wins was in 2018 when they earned six wins.

Omaha is starting to make some noise in the league standings after an 0-2 start ... The Mavericks captured back-to-back sweeps against Oral Roberts and Kansas City last week and have now swept five opponents in a row for the first time in the program’s Division I history ... McKenna Ruch was a force on the defensive side of the ball as she totaled 15 blocks in those two victories and now ranks fifth nationally in blocks per set (1.54) ... Ruch became the first league player to reach the century mark in total blocks and her 100 blocks are tied for the fifth most nationally ... Shayla McCormick registered two double-doubles last week to push her season total to 10.

Dunford picked up 12 kills and 18 digs, both of which were match-highs en route to her 19th career double-double and the 18 digs were a career-high for a three-set match ... With the win, ORU is now 45-6 all-time against WIU and has won six straight meetings.

Against the Leathernecks, she tallied 11 kills and 26 errorless attacks for a .423 clip and 20 kills against UST for the sixth time this season ... On the defensive end, Burk led the Jackrabbits with 4.57 digs per set and received at a .966 rate with only one error ... SDSU has a league-best 115 service aces and 47 in league matches.
