SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – We are officially at the halfway point of league play as six of the 10 league squads have completed nine of 18 league matches, while a quartet of teams have eight league games under their belts. The last seven matches for Omaha have been a good one, as they swept six of their last seven matches.
The Coyotes continue to lead the league in many offensive categories and are winners of five straight matches, most recently sweeping back-to-back matches against Oral Roberts and Kansas City.
Kansas City picked up a big-time win against South Dakota State last week and will look to climb up the standings when they face the Golden Eagles on Saturday.
