SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – South Dakota's Elizabeth Juhnke was named the TicketSmarter Summit League Volleyball Offensive Peak Performer of the Week for the 14^th time in her career and the eighth time this season while South Dakota State's Ella Thompson received the Defensive Peak Performer of the Week, league officials announced on Tuesday.

Juhnke led the Coyotes to a pair of wins last week where she averaged 6.14 kills per set, 4.29 digs per set and 0.86 blocks per set. The Lakeville, Minn., native also set two USD records becoming the program's leader for total kills in a single season (600) and the all-time leader in career kills (1,927).

Juhnke's 1,927 career kills puts her fourth on the all-time League charts and she became the fourth player in league history to reach 600 kills in a single season. She needs 32 more kills to break the single-season league record of 631 kills set by Laura Milos in 2016.

The junior outside hitter started her week by registering a match-high 21 kills and 19 digs against Kansas City, good enough for her 19^th double-double of the season. She hit just below .400 against the Roos, registering .391 clip on just three errors. Against Oral Roberts, Juhnke collected her 20^th double-double of the season with a match-high 22 kills and 11 digs, hitting .321 overall. Juhnke continues to lead the nation in kills and kill per set.

Thompson notched 14 blocks in two wins, including a career-high 11 blocks in a five-set triumph over Kansas City. The Lakeville, Minn., native helped the Jackrabbits clinch a spot in the Summit League Volleyball Championship for the second straight season.

Thompson averaged 1.75 blocks per set on the week and tallied 10 digs as a middle blocker.
