SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Oral Roberts senior Hannah Cooper collected the latest TicketSmarter Summit League Women’s Basketball Peak Performer of the Week honor, League officials announced Monday. Cooper averaged 21.5 ppg and 5.0 apg in a pair of Golden Eagles’ home victories last week.
Cooper started the week by scoring 18 points and dishing out five assists in a 94-72 home win over MACU.
The El Paso, Texas native then scored a season-high 25 points, pulled down four rebounds and had five more assists in ORU’s comeback win over Tulsa to capture the Mayor’s Cup for the first time since the 2017-18.
Trailing by eight entering the final quarter, Cooper helped the Golden Eagles outscore the Hurrican 25-11 in the closing 10 minutes to secure the win.
Cooper made 8-of-13 field goals against Tulsa, including a 3-for-4 effort from beyond the arc. She went 6-for-8 from the foul stripe in both victories last week.
