SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The final week of the regular season is upon us with the last games in regular season play tipping off Saturday. With only one or two games left for each of our teams, potential seedings are starting to solidify.
The final week of League play will kick off in Macomb, Ill., on Thursday at 6 p.m. CT as Western Illinois will host North Dakota. The remaining three games on Thursday will tip off at 7 p.m. CT with South Dakota at Oral Roberts, North Dakota State at St. Thomas at South Dakota State at Kansas City.

Denver is now 8-9 in League play after splitting last week’s competition in South Dakota ... In the 82-34 loss to South Dakota State, Makayla Minett was the only Pioneer to finish with double-digits in the scoring column ... She was 5-for-7 from the floor en route to 11 points ... She also grabbed a team-best eight rebounds, blocked two shots and stole the ball once ... The Pioneers were able to turn it around and tough out a 79-74 win over South Dakota led by Mikayla Brandon’s 25 points, nine rebounds and four assists ... Emma Smith followed with 23 points on 4-for-8 shooting from the three-point line while Ally Haar chipped in 13 points and a team-high-tying four assists ... Defensively Minett pulled down a team-best 10 rebounds to go along with eight points and a game-high four blocks.

The Roos dropped to 3-13 in League play after falling to North Dakota State and North Dakota on the road ... In the loss to the Bison, a trio of Roos finished with double-digits led by Manna Mensah’s 27 points ... Machia Mullens was a force on both ends as she finished with 14 points and a team-best eight rebounds ... Tamia Ugass rounded out the trio with 13 points ... Ugass and Mensah were the only two for Kansas City to finish with double-figures in the scoring column against North Dakota each contributing 10 points ... Ugass also pulled down a game-high 22 rebounds, which is tied in League history for fifth-best all-time and fourth-best in League games.

The Fighting Hawks started the week’s competition surpassing 100 points for the first time in League play after defeating Oral Roberts 108-100 ... Kacie Borowicz led the scoring for UND with 27 points and 11 assists for her second double-double of the season ... She also recorded six rebounds and four steals in the win ... Juliet Gordon and Claire Orth followed with 17 points apiece while Nakiyah Hurst contributed 13 ... Maggie Manson and Sammiyah Hoskin rounded out the double-digit scorers with 11 points each ... Against the Roos, two Fighting Hawks finished with double-digits in the scoring column with Orth finishing with a game-high 16 points and six rebounds ... Heaven Hamling led five Bison in scoring against the Roos as she went 8-for-12 from the floor including 5-for-8 from the three-point line to finish with 21 points ... She also added a team-best five assists to her stat line ... Elle Evans followed with 18 points while Abby Schulte and Abby Graham chipped in 13 and 11 of their own ... Emily Behnke rounded out the double-figure scorers with a double-double of 12 points and 13 rebounds ... She also recorded five rebounds, three assists and a pair of steals in the win ... Tori Nelson followed going 8-for-10 from the floor good for 17 points ... Haleigh Timmer and Paige Meyer chipped in 11 points apiece ... In the win over the Mavericks, Paiton Burckhard was 8-for-16 from the floor for 18 points, six rebounds and three assists to lead the Jacks ...
