SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – South Dakota State guard Paige Meyer garnered her second TicketSmarter Summit League Women’s Basketball Peak Performer of the Week honor of the season, League officials announced Monday. The weekly accolade is the third of her career as Meyer led her squad to a pair of victories in the Big Sky-Summit Challenge.

Meyer scored a career-high 37 points on 12-of-17 shooting from the floor and an 11-for-11 effort from the foul line during a 110-102 double-overtime victory at Big Sky preseason favorite Northern Arizona.

The Albany, Minn., native scored eight points in the final five minutes of regulation to help the Jackrabbits erase a 13-point, fourth-quarter deficit. Her basket with four seconds left forced the first extra session. She also added five rebounds and two assists in the win over the Lumberjacks.

Meyer reached double figures again in a 61-53 home win over Montana State, scoring 12 points to go with three steals and two assists as the Jackrabbits pushed their overall win streak to three games.
