Golden Eagles’ Oglesby garners weekly #SummitWBB accolade

Oral Roberts’ Oglesby walks away with this week’s peak performer honor

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Oral Roberts’ redshirt junior Jalei Oglesby came off the bench and helped the Golden Eagles to their first Power Four win since 2016 earning her Summit League Women’s Basketball Peak Performer of the Week honors, League officials announced Monday.
 
For the first time since 2016, ORU picked up their first win over the SEC’s Arkansas, defeating the Razorbacks 94-73 in Fayetteville, Ark. Off the bench, Oglesby led the Golden Eagles with 23 points on 9-for-15 shooting from the floor and 5-for-5 shooting from the charity stripe. The redshirt junior guard also dished out five assists and pulled down four rebounds in the victory.
