St. Thomas’ Hill named this week’s #SummitWBB peak performer

After pacing UST to a 69-56 victory over WIU, Hill garners weekly honor

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – St. Thomas guard Jade Hill garnered this week’s Summit League Women’s Basketball Peak Performer of the Week award after helping propel the Tommies to a 69-56 victory over Western Illinois.
 
In the team’s lone game last week, Hill poured in a team-leading 26 points on 9-for-15 shooting, including a pair of three-pointers and a perfect 6-for-6 mark from the free throw line. The senior also dished out four assists, pulled down three rebounds and stole the ball twice in the win.

  • Scored a team-leading 26 points on 9-for-15 shooting from the field

  • Recorded her third 20-plus point performance of the season
  • Now ranks ninth all-time in career scoring at UST (1,285) and second all-time in assists (378)
