SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – South Dakota senior guard Grace Larkins averaged 31.0 ppg, 7.0 rpg and 6.5 apg in a pair of games at the Music City Classic to pick up an all-tournament team nod and the latest Summit League Women’s Basketball Peak Performer of the Week award.
In the 79-69 victory over Dayton, Larkins poured in a game-high 32 points to pace the Coyotes. She shot 50 percent from the floor (12-for-24), pulled down seven rebounds and dished out a pair of assists in 39 minutes of play.
Larkins turned in another 30-plus point game in the 95-88 loss to Arizona State to close off the Classic. She went 12-for-21 from the floor, good for 30 points and dished out a career-high 11 assists. The Altoona, Iowa native also pulled down a team-best seven rebounds and stole the ball once in the loss.
