SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – One month. That’s all that remains until our nine teams make the trek to Sioux Falls, S.D., for a chance at the 2024 Summit League Women’s Basketball crown. That journey continues Thursday with eight of our teams taking the court at 7 p.m. CT.
 
South Dakota State continues to sit atop the League standings with an undefeated League record and an 11-game winning streak. The Jackrabbits look to keep that streak alive as they head to Tulsa, Okla., to meet the Golden Eagles, who currently sit tied for third.
 
St. Thomas, currently tied with ORU for third in the League standings, is headed into the week with a three-game winning streak. The Tommies are looking to capitalize on the momentum as they head to ORU on Thursday and host the Denver Pioneers on Saturday.
 
The Pioneers have a little extra pep in their step going into this week after picking up two weeks last week. They look to capture two more as they host South Dakota on Thursday and go to St. Thomas on Saturday.

Against the Roos, Jordan Jones, Makayla Minett and Angelina Robles combined for 50 of the Pioneers’ 65 points ... Jones paced the efforts with 20 points and six rebounds ... Minett notched a double-double of 18 points and 12 rebounds while Robles contributed 12 points, four assists and four steals ...
