SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Summit League women's soccer programs combined for four wins and eight ties across the opening six days of the season. North Dakota State, Omaha, South Dakota, and South Dakota State all picked up victories during the opening stretch. The Bison, Coyotes and Mavericks also earned a draw as those three remain unbeaten in the early going with four points.

• The Coyotes’ five goals in their win over Morningside were the most by a Summit squad last week. Ashby Johnston capped the scoring as five different USD players scored in the opener.
• Kansas City earned a pair of draws, including the program’s first result against a ranked opponent when the Roos played to a scoreless draw with No. 12 Saint Louis. KC also played to a 1-1 draw with Marquette.
• NDSU’s Olivia Watson opened the scoring for NDSU in a 3-1 win over Viterbo, logging her 13th career goal, which ties her for the 10th most in program history.
• Oral Roberts goalkeeper Alexa Riefer registered a career-high 14 saves in a 1-0 setback to Oklahoma State. Riefer’s 14 saves were tied for the fifth most among Division I goalkeepers during the opening weekend.
