SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Thirty-four point performances garnered Omaha’s Ja Harvey and South Dakota State’s Brooklyn Meyer shares of the latest Kwik Star Summit League Women’s Basketball Peak Performer of the Week accolades.
In a 71-57 win over South Dakota in Omaha's home finale, Harvey went 4-for-7 from behind the arc en route to a career-high 34 points. She also pulled down six rebounds, dished out four assists and stole the ball four times in the Mavericks' win.
The Jackrabbits hit the road and defeated Kansas City 80-60 behind a career-high 34-point game from Meyer. She was 13-for-16 from the floor and added five rebounds, a pair of assists, one steal and a block to her stat line as SDSU clinched the outright Summit League regular season title.
