SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – North Dakota forward Charlie Basinet and Oral Roberts defender Precious Edosa were tabbed the Kwik Star Summit League Women’s Soccer Peak Performers of the Week following the second week of the 2025 season. Basinet earned the offensive honor, while Edosa collected the defensive award, league officials announced Tuesday.
Basinet demonstrated her offensive prowess in North Dakota’s 4-0 victory over Eastern Washington on Thursday, logging three goals to collect her first career hat trick. This feat marks the first time a Fighting Hawk has recorded a hat trick since Amelia Loeffler in the 2023 season. The San Diego, Calif., native followed up her three-goal outing with an assist in UND’s 3-1 win against Jamestown. Basinet closed the second week of action with seven points to lead the Fighting Hawks to a perfect 4-0 start.
Edosa drove the Golden Eagles to a 2-0 mark in the second week of women’s soccer play, holding both Friends University and East Texas A&M scoreless in 4-0 and 3-0 victories, respectively. The Paris, France native assisted the backline during the shutouts, while also delivering one goal for the frontline in the win against East Texas A&M. Edosa saw 60 minutes against Friends University and 90 minutes of action against East Texas A&M.
