SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Oral Roberts forward Julia Thasaphong and North Dakota goalkeeper Grace Miller were tabbed the Kwik Star Summit League Women’s Soccer Peak Performers of the Week following the fifth week of the 2025 season. Thasaphong earned the offensive award, while Miller snagged the defensive honor, league officials announced Tuesday. The accolade marks the second of both student-athletes’ careers.
Thasasphong led the Golden Eagles to a 3-1 victory over Little Rock in their lone match of the week. After trailing 1-0 at halftime, the ORU forward stepped up and scored three consecutive goals in less than 29 minutes to collect the first hat trick of her career. The senior forward saw 57 minutes against the Trojans and finished the match with a perfect three goals on three shots. The hat trick pushed the Grindavik, Iceland, native to 5
th on the Summit League goals leaderboard (4).
Miller defended the net for all 180 minutes during an undefeated weekend of shutouts for the Fighting Hawks. The San Diego, Calif., native totaled 19 saves in the victories including a career-high 11 saves against Idaho State (1-0) on Sunday. The UND netminder drove the backline to a shutout against Boise State (0-0) on Thursday as well, recording eight saves in the match. The flawless weekend pushed Miller to first in shutouts (4) amongst Summit League keepers and first in save percentage (.849%).
