SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Scoring two goals Sunday for South Dakota, Klarissa Vega earned Summit League Women’s Soccer Offensive Peak Performer of the Week, the League announced on Tuesday. Helping anchor the defense in Oral Roberts’ win on Friday, Hannah Voskuhl won Defensive Peak Performer of the Week.
Vega earned her first brace of the season on Sunday in the 2-0 win over North Dakota. In the box, Vega got two shots on goal with both finding the back of the net to push the Coyotes ahead in the win over North Dakota.
This is Vega and South Dakota’s first weekly honor of the season.
Voskuhl scored the game-winning goal in Oral Roberts’ win over St. Thomas Friday night for her first goal of the season. She also was a key part of the defense, helping anchor the backline for a Golden Eagle defense that allowed just two shots with only one being on goal.
This is Voskuhl’s first weekly accolade of the season and second of her career after winning a Defensive Peak Performer of the Week in 2025. This is also Oral Roberts’ sixth weekly honor of the season and third on the defensive side.
