Twenty-one #SummitWBB student-athletes collect CSC Academic All-District® Team honors

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Summit League women’s basketball programs saw twenty-one student-athletes across all nine programs get recognized on the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® Teams, the organization announced Tuesday. Avery Koenen, Angelina Robles, Molly Joyce, and Madison Mathiowetz were featured as finalists for CSC Academic All-America® honors.

Denver’s Laia Monclova was recognized alongside Kansas City’s Kelby Bannerman and Zaire Harrell, while North Dakota’s Walker Demers, Mackenzie Hughes, and Ava Miller also earned honors, with Demers collecting her second career selection.
North Dakota State placed four on the list with Marisa Frost, Molly Lenz, Jocelyn Schiller, and Koenen, as Lenz and Koenen each earned their second honors. Omaha’s Sarai Estupiñan and Oral Roberts’ Jalei Oglesby each represented their programs on the list.
St. Thomas added Faith Feuerbach, Jada Hood, and Mikayla Werner, while South Dakota’s Robles, Joyce, and Jenna Hopp were honored. South Dakota State rounded out the list with Ellie Colbeck, Maggie Hartwig, Mathiowetz, and Emilee Fox, with Mathiowetz earning her third career selection.
 
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Basketball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
 
Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced April 15.
