SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- Four Summit League women’s soccer teams will kick off the 2026 #SummitWSOC season Wednesday, marking the opening day of the women’s collegiate soccer season. St. Thomas, Omaha, North Dakota State and South Dakota State will open the year on their home pitches, while South Dakota, Oral Roberts, North Dakota and Kansas City will begin the season on the road.

Preseason favorite Oral Roberts travels to Central Arkansas on Wednesday before returning home to host Rogers State on Saturday. South Dakota State, picked second in the preseason poll, opens its season at home against Manitoba on Thursday before welcoming MSU Moorhead on Sunday.

Third-ranked Omaha begins 2026 action by hosting Power Four opponent Iowa State, while fourth-ranked South Dakota travels to Northern Iowa on Wednesday before heading to Lincoln for a matchup with Nebraska on Sunday.

Kansas City heads to Ames on Sunday to take on Iowa State, while North Dakota State opens its season with a two-game homestand against Green Bay and Marquette. Seventh-ranked North Dakota travels to Minnesota on Thursday before returning home to host Green Bay on Sunday.

Eighth-ranked St. Thomas opens the Summit League portion of its schedule Wednesday, hosting Marquette at 3 p.m.
