2026 Summit League Basketball Championships – All-Session Ticket FAQ
GENERAL OVERVIEW
Q: What is changing with the all-session ticket process for the 2026 Summit League Basketball Championships?
A: The Summit League has updated its ticketing process to create a more inclusive and efficient experience for fans. Starting in 2026, each of the nine member institutions will be allocated an expanded selection of all-session tickets across all price points. This allows schools to work directly with their supporters while still preserving a portion of all-session tickets within each price point for a public on-sale in November.
Q: Why did the Summit League change the ticket process?
A: This new process aligns with models used across Division I athletics and was developed to:
- Improve fan experience
- Give institutions more control
- Allow fans a better opportunity to purchase tickets within a group
- Address common concerns about previous sales process and technology challenges
TICKET ACCESS & PURCHASING
Q: Will fans still be able to purchase all-session tickets through Ticketmaster Account Manager?
A: Yes. A percentage of all-session tickets will
not be provided to the institutional allocation and will be held for the public on-sale across all price points and released to the public via Ticketmaster Account Manager beginning
10 a.m. CST on November 20, 2025. Additionally, any tickets
not sold through the institutional ticketing process will be released on
November 20. Ticket purchases via Ticketmaster Account Manager will be limited to six (6) all-session tickets per transaction.
Q: When do single-session tickets go on sale?
A: Single-session tickets will go on sale at
10 a.m. CST on February 24, 2026 through Ticketmaster.com.
Q: How do I get priority access to tickets before the public on-sale?
A: Fans who wish to secure seats prior to the public on sale date (November 20, 2025) are encouraged to work directly through institutional athletic departments. Institutions will be coordinating ticket interest and distribution among fan bases starting as early as late-summer.
Q: Can I sit with my friends or family?
A: One of the benefits of this new process is the ability for schools to group fans together, based on availability. This is a feature many fans have requested in recent years. Although the option to sit with friends or family isn’t a guarantee, there is a better opportunity than the previous ticketing process allowed.
Q: Is there a limit to how many all-session tickets I can request with an institution?
A: Schools may allow fans to request more than the previously capped four (4) all-session tickets. Please contact an institution directly for details on their specific process and any limits.
Q: Will all price levels be available through institutions?
A: Yes, institutions will receive equitable access to all seating levels, with quantities within each price point subject to availability. This gives fans more flexibility and opportunity to find the right location and price point.
Q: What is included with an all-session ticket?
A: An all-session ticket grants access to every men’s and women’s game of the tournament, including first round, quarterfinals, semifinals, and championship games. In 2026, the total number of games will be 16.
Q: Are tickets refundable?
A: All ticket sales are final.
Q: What accessibility options are available?
A: Accessible seating is available at multiple price points. Fans requiring ADA seating should coordinate through an institution or purchase through Ticketmaster during the public sale. ADA seating is only available while supplies last.
