ELMHURST, Ill. – Oral Roberts' Vicky McIntyre was named The Summit League Player of the Week for her performances Feb. 2-8.

McIntyre collects her second consecutive and fourth Player of the Week award this season after leading Oral Roberts to a pair of league wins. In Wednesday's win at Omaha, the senior center scored 33 points and grabbed 24 rebounds, the second-best single-game performance in league history, with four blocks. She tallied 26 points with 17 rebounds and three blocks in Saturday's victory over Denver. For the week, McIntyre averaged 29.5 points, 20.5 rebounds, 3.5 blocks, one assist and one steal per contest. She shot 60 percent (22-of-37) from the field and 75 percent (15-of-20) at the free throw line. In her 17-rebound effort against Denver, McIntyre broke both the ORU and Summit League single-season rebound record. She surpassed Western Illinois' Oberon Pitterson league record of 362, which was set during the 1993-94 season and currently has 377 boards on the year.
