SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Oral Roberts senior forward Dante Brigida and Denver defensive midfielder Liam Johnson were named the Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively, league officials announced Tuesday.
 
Brigida scored the first goal for the Golden Eagles to spark the comeback win at Kansas City in ORU’s regular-season finale. The Edmond, Okla., native recorded two assists, the game-tying assist and the game-winning goal against the Roos. In all, Brigida recorded four points and put up five shots with two of them on goal.
 
Johnson scored the second-half equalizer in 2-1 triumph against Eastern Illinois. The Golden Colo., native played all 180 minutes against the Panthers, sitting in front of a Denver defense that held EIU to just seven shots, three shots on target, as well as no shot on goal in Saturday’s victory.
 
Glynn played 253 minutes in the three-match weekend, including all 180 minutes in the weekend sweep against Western Illinois. The Overland Park, Kan., native played a critical role as the Roo defense allowed just two shots on goal and one goal.
