DU's Ofunrein, UST's Mann earn latest TicketSmarter #SummitMSOC weekly honors

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. –Denver forward Oje Ofunrein and St. Thomas goalkeeper Tucker Mann earned the latest TicketSmarter Summit League Men's Soccer Peak Performer of the Week awards. For the third week in a row, both honorees claimed the first weekly honors of their respective careers as Ofunrein netted the offensive honor and Mann collected the defensive honor.

Ofunrein scored in both of Denver's matches last week, logging his first career goal in a 2-1 setback to Oregon State. His goal against the Beavers ended up on Sports Center last Tuesday as it was No. 8 on ESPN's #SCTop10 daily run down of top plays around the country.

The Round Rock, Texas native's second goal was the game-winner vs. Oral Roberts in a rematch of last season's #SummitMSOC title game. Ofunrein put all four of his shots against the Golden Eagles on frame, including his 52nd-minute blast that proved to be the difference in a 1-0 DU victory.

Mann registered seven saves during a 1-0-1 week for the Tommies. He made three saves in a 1-1 draw with Green Bay before recording his first career shutout in a 2-0 victory over Eastern Illinois in the Tommies' Summit League opener.

The Plymouth, Minn., native made four saves against the Panthers to equal his season high in that category.
