SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – A trio of programs collected the latest TicketSmarter Summit League Peak Swimmers and Divers of the Week accolades, League officials announced on Tuesday.
 
Denver's Alex Lynch collected the Men's Peak Swimmer of the Week while teammate Zyad Morsy garnered his second straight Men's Peak Diver of the Week. Veteran Jackrabbit Elisabeth Timmer was named the Women's Peak Swimmer of the Week while Lindenwood's Elle Christie picked up the Women's Peak Diver of the Week.
 
Lynch and the Pioneers captured a dual win against UC San Diego in which the junior picked up a victory in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:00.48. The Austin, Texas native tallied a pair of runner up performances in the 100 breaststroke (56.51) and 200 Free Relay (1:23.16). The 400 Medley Relay team that consisted of Lynch placed fourth in the 400 Medley with a time of 3:24.55.
 
Timmer and South Dakota State ended a long layoff with a dual victory over St. Cloud State in which the senior swimmer notched all three victories in the freestyle events. The Savaneta, Aruba native began her day by winning the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:56.21 and followed that up with a victory in the 50 freestyle with a time of 24.43. Her final individual title came in the 100 freestyle with a time of 53.04. She anchored the Jackrabbits' victorious 400 Free Relay for a winning time of 3:36.18.
 
For the second consecutive week, Morsy not only received the weekly men's diving award, but also notched a couple of NCAA Zone Cut scores. Morsy and the diving squad competed in the UCLA Diving Invite in which the Cairo, Egypt native placed seventh in both the preliminary and finals of the 1-meter dive as he scored a 324.15 in the finals. The sophomore garnered fifth place honors in the finals of the 3-meter dive and captured his second NCAA Zone Cut score (367.00) of the weekend in the preliminary round.
 
Christie dominated on both boards against McKendree as the senior posted a score of 307.05 in the 1-meter, winning the competition by more than 40 points. The Ballwin, Mo., native captured a 308.25 in the 3-meter, mote than 50 points better than the second-place finisher.

• Also finished ninth in the platform with a 559.65
• This is the second career peak performer honor for Morsy
