SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Lindenwood, South Dakota State and Denver received the latest TicketSmarter Summit League Men’s and Women’s Peak Swimmers of the Week awards, league officials announced on Tuesday.
Elliott Irwin of Lindenwood collected his second Men’s Peak Swimmer of the Week this season, while South Dakota State’s Sianne Downes earned the Women’s Peak Swimmer of the Week.
It was a Pioneer sweep in the diving awards as Zyad Morsy notched the Men’s Peak Diver of the Week, while veteran Olivia Gordon garnered the Women’s Peak Diver of the Week.

Men’s Peak Swimmer of the Week
Elliott Irwin, Lindenwood
Sr. | Canberra, Australia
- Placed first in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 21.15 in tri-dual against South Dakota and Kansas
- Helped the 200 Medley Relay team that placed first with a time of 1:03.80
- Finished first in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 51.03
- This is the fourth career peak performer award for Irwin

Women’s Peak Swimmer of the Week
Sianne Downes, South Dakota State
Sr. | Edenvale, South Africa
- Won the 200-yard backstroke in a season-best time of 2:04.41 in a dual at Nebraska
- Placed second individually in the 100 backstroke (57.21) and third in the 200 IM (2:14.95)
- Swam on SDSU’s third-place 200 Medley Relay team (1:47.58)
- This is the first career peak performer honor for Downes

- Won the 3-meter dive with a score of 358.65 and won the 1-meter dive with a score of 368.33
- This is the fourth peak diver of the week accolade of his career

Women’s Peak Diver of the Week

- Helped the Pioneers collect a dual win at Air Force
- Won the 3-meter dive with a score of 284.18 and combined for a 262.80 to take the 1-meter dive title
- This is her sixth career peak diver of the week award
