SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Denver and Omaha received the latest TicketSmarter Summit League Peak Swimmers and Divers of the Week, league officials announced on Tuesday.
On the men’s side for the Pioneers, Donat Fabian and Nathan Cox collected the Peak Swimmer and Diver of the Week nods, respectively. Fabian and Cox earned their first career honors.
Denver saw Ines Marin garner the Peak Swimmer and Diver of the Week, while Darby Drake of Omaha earned her seventh Peak Diver of the Week honor of the season.

Men’s Peak Swimmer of the Week
Donat Fabian, Denver
Jr. | Budapest, Hungary
- Won the 50 breast preliminaries (25.20) in a meet against Air Force and Seattle
- Placed first in the 50 breast semifinals (25.38) and finals (25.11)
- Swam the leadoff leg of the 200 Free Relay that won the race by nearly two seconds, finishing in 1:20.75 and finished second in the 50 free preliminaries with a time of 20.41)
- This is the first career peak performer honor for Fabian

Women’s Peak Swimmer of the Week
Ines Marin, Denver

- Won the 200 free with an NCAA B Standard time of 1:47.93 against Air Force and Seattle
- Swam the third leg of the winning 200 Medley Relay that the Pioneers won by more than two seconds with a time of 1:40.60
- Placed second in the 50 fly preliminaries (25.11 and first in the 50 fly semifinals (24.99)
- Swam the anchor leg of the 200 Free Relay that won in 1:32.89
- This is the first career peak performer accolade for Marin

- Finished second in the 1-meter five against Air Force and Seattle with an NCAA Zone Cut score if 302.03
- Also garnered a second place finish in the 3-meter dive (297.60)
- This is the first peak diver of the week award of his career
