SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Denver kicked off the new year by collecting the TicketSmarter Summit League Peak Swimmers of the Week after a victory against the Colorado Schools of Mines, while South Dakota earned the Peak Divers of the Week, league officials announced on Tuesday.
Brandon Chapman and Sabrina Rachjaibun collected their second and first Peak Swimmers of the Week this season after helping the Pioneers captured a quartet of individual wins at home against the Orediggers.
For the Coyotes, Charlie Matthews earned his first career Peak Diver of the Week award, while Samantha Mersnick notched her second Peak Diver of the Week accolade of the season.
