SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Omaha Mavericks took home all four of the Summit League Swimming and Diving Peak Performer of the Week honors, League officials announced Tuesday.
 
The latest awards were the fifth career honor for women’s swimmer Payton Easley and the second for men’s swimmer Stefan Varga. They were the first career accolades for divers Owen Kipp and Bella Price.

MEN’S PEAK SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
Stefan Varga, Omaha
Jr | Back/IM | Stockholm, Sweden

• Collected his second career weekly award and second of the season
• Won the 100 back with a league-leading time of 49.62
• Captured the 200 back with a time of 1:51.30
• Swam the lead leg of the 200 medley relay that won with a time of 1:31.10
• Helped guide the Mavericks to a win over Augustana

MEN’S PEAK DIVER OF THE WEEK
Owen Kipp, Omaha
Fr | Dive | Eagan, Minn.

• Earned his first career weekly honor
• Won the 3-meter dive with a score of 297.68
• Claimed the 1-meter title with a score of 302.25
• Helped Omaha to a dual win over Augustana

WOMEN’S PEAK SWIMMER OF THE WEEK

• Capture her fifth career weekly accolade and first of the season
• Captured the 50 free with a league-best time of 23.54
• Took the 100 free with a league-leading time of 50.91
• Swam legs of the 200 free relay (1^st – 1:35.98) and 200 medley relay (2^nd – 1:44.67)
• Paced Omaha to a dual victory over Augustana
