TULSA, Okla. – Top-seeded Denver continued its dominance on Friday, sweeping No. 4 Oral Roberts, 4-0, in the semifinal round of the 2026 Summit League Women’s Tennis Championship at Michael D. Case Center to advance to its 13th consecutive conference championship match.
The Pioneers set the tone early by securing the doubles point with wins at the No. 2 and No. 3 positions. Claudia Martinez and Louise Wikander opened with a 6-2 victory over Miranda Noor and Cassie Cervantes, before Zoe Adkins and Natalie Cinkova followed with a 6-1 win against Annelise Deer and Natalie Perez to give Denver a 1-0 lead.
In singles play, Denver wasted no time extending its advantage. Wikander delivered a dominant 6-0, 6-0 victory over Noor at the No. 1 position to make it 2-0. Yunfei Cai followed with a 6-2, 6-1 win at No. 5, pushing the lead to 3-0.
Cinkova sealed the match for the Pioneers with a 6-2, 6-3 triumph over Cervantes at the No. 3 spot, clinching the 4-0 victory and sending Denver back to the championship stage.

Denver advances to the Summit League Championship match, where it will look to capture another league title. The championship is scheduled for 10 a.m. CT at Michael D. Case Center against the winner of the second semifinal between No. 2 Omaha and No. 3 North Dakota.
