SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – North Dakota State’s duo of Zach Johnson and Acey Elkins took home the latest TicketSmarter Summit League Cross Country Peak Performer of the Week honors, League officials announced Tuesday. Both crossed the finish line within the top 10 of their respective races at the Jimmie Invitational.
 
Johnson finished third overall to lead the Bison. He ran the 8K course in a time of 25:16.3.
 
Elkins paced the Bison with a seventh-place finish overall at the invitational. She crossed the finish line of the 6K course in a time of 22:47.9.
