SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The North Dakota State duo of Joshua Kyei-Baffour and Paige Renschler and the South Dakota duo of Caelan Harland and Anna Willis captured the latest Summit League Outdoor Track and Field Kwik Star Peak Performer of the Week accolades, League officials released Tuesday.
Kyei-Baffour turned in the third fastest 110-meter hurdle time in NDSU history to win the event at the Gary Wilson Invitational. The Bison rookie clocked a 13.69 to also take over the top spot on the Summit League outdoor charts.
Harland won the championship division in the pole vault at the Drake Relays with a personal best clearance of 18-02.75” (5.56m). The Coyote freshman was the first student-athlete to eclipse 18-feet at the Drake Relays since 2017.
Rinschler narrowly missed breaking the NDSU school record in the 200-meter dash, missing that by just one hundredth of a second after clocking a 23.20. The Bison sophomore also won the 100-meter dash with a wind-aided time of 11.11 and tops the Summit League charts in both sprints.
Willis earend her second straight outdoor honor and extended the Coyotes’ streak to five straight outdoor field honors for the program. The Coyote sophomore cleared 15-02.25” (4.63m) to win the Drake Relays and post the fourth-highest clearance in the world during the 2026 outdoor season.
She also broke the Drake Relay record on three different occasions before also setting the USD outdoor school record.
