Four programs represented among latest #SummitOTF Kwik Star weekly awards

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Four different programs were represented among the latest Summit League Outdoor Track and Field Kwik Star Peak Performer of the Week accolades, League officials released Tuesday. Kansas City, North Dakota, North Dakota State and South Dakota each had an honoree garnered a weekly nod over Easter Weekend.

For the Roos, Tory Lanham earned his second career outdoor weekly honor and ninth overall. He clocked a personal-best time of 10.25 in the preliminaries of the 100-meter dash at the Central Methodist Invite. Lanham’s time is the fastest among Summit League sprinters this season and fastest in the conference since 2021.
 
For the Bison, Reece Grosserode collected his first career weekly honor. His leap of 51-03” (15.62m) in the triple jump was a personal best and provided him with a third-place finish in a field stacked with competitors from seven different Power 4 programs.
 
The Lincoln, Neb., native became just the second Bison to surpass the 51-foot mark as he moved into the top two on the program’s all-time charts.
 
For the Fighting Hawks, senior Jadyn Keeler garnered her fourth career outdoor weekly honor and 10th overall of her career. The UND distance runner placed fourth at the Stanford Invitational with a personal-best time of 31:56.03 in the 10,000-meter run. She broke her own school record in the event and posted the 20th best time in NCAA history.

For the Coyotes, sophomore Anna Willis racked up her first career outdoor weekly honor to go with four indoor accolades. She was the top collegiate finisher in the pole vault at the Husker Spring Kick Off where she cleared 13-09.75” (4.21m).

  • Took third in the triple jump at the LSU Battle of the Bayou
  • Registered a personal-best leap of 51-03” (15.62m) to move into second place on NDSU’s all-time charts

WOMEN’S TRACK PEAK PERFORMER OF THE WEEK

  • Placed fourth at the Stanford Invite with a personal-best time of 31:56.03
  • Broke her own school record and posted 20th fastest time in NCAA history
