SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Summit League is pleased to announce an extension of its current partnership with Sanford Health through the 2025 Summit League Men's and Women's Basketball Championships. Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, has been a proud supporter of the league since 2009.
“The Summit League Tournament is one of the premier events in South Dakota every year and Sanford Health is proud to continue to sponsor and support this incredible gathering of teams and fans,” said Steve Young, President of Sanford Sports. “Sanford Health has enjoyed a longstanding partnership with the Summit League and we value our relationship with Commissioner Fenton and all of the member schools. It is a privilege for the Sanford Sports Complex to be the home of the Summit League as well as continue to host conference and non-conference games and matches at the Sanford Pentagon.”
As a partner during the 2023 Basketball Championships, which are set for March 3-7 at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, S.D., Sanford Health will be designated as the official game day sponsor for Saturday's quarterfinals contests. The company will also receive additional marketing opportunities including in-venue digital and static signage, advertising within television broadcasts and be the official sponsor of the social media score updates throughout the championships.
